Terms of service
These terms describe how Terra Home Finance Planning works with you, and what you can expect when you make an inquiry or book a consultation. By sending an inquiry or attending a session, you accept these terms.

What we provide
We provide financial planning consultations and financial management guidance focused on home-purchase savings and affordability planning. This is planning guidance built from your own figures. It is not licensed securities, investment, or insurance advice, and it is not mortgage broking. Where a regulated product would serve you better, we will say so and refer you to a licensed provider.
Booking and fees
Fees for each consultation path are confirmed in writing at booking, based on the scope described on the services page. No charge is made until you have agreed the fee and scope in writing. If we cannot help with your specific situation, we will say so before any charge is agreed and, where possible, point you to a more suitable provider.
What you provide
Our planning is only as good as the figures you give us. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your income, debts, savings and target purchase. If a material figure changes, tell us before the next session so the plan can be adjusted.
Your worksheets and records
Every worksheet, calculation and written schedule we produce together is yours. You keep copies. We retain working records as described in the privacy policy, but the plan you take away belongs to you.
No guarantee of a lending decision
Our affordability estimate is guidance only; the lending decision itself always belongs to the lender. We do not guarantee that any bank will approve a loan, and we do not guarantee a specific interest rate or loan amount.
No conflict of interest
Mortgages, insurance, and investment products are outside our scope, and we accept no commission or referral fee from any lender, developer, or product provider. The only revenue we receive from you is the consultation fee you confirm in writing.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are set out in full on our refund policy page.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the engagement in question. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties — including lenders, developers, or government offices — based on the planning we do together.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will appear on this page. The terms that apply to your engagement are those in force on the date you confirmed the booking in writing.
