Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Terra Home Finance Planning collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet our obligations under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

What data we collect
We collect only the data you give us through the inquiry form on this site or in direct correspondence:
- Your name and email address, so we can reply to you.
- A phone number, only if you choose to provide one.
- The goal, timeframe and message you enter, which let us prepare a relevant response.
- Your consent choice, stored on your own device (see the Cookies policy).
We do not collect data silently. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking on this site. We do not use cookies for measurement or profiling.
Why we use your data and the legal basis
We use your personal data only to respond to your inquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver a consultation. Under the PDPA, the legal bases we rely on are:
- Consent — you submitted the inquiry form and confirmed you had read this policy.
- Performance of a contract — once a consultation is agreed, we use your data to deliver it and to keep the records it produces.
- Legitimate interests — to reply to a direct message you sent us by email or phone.
Where your data goes
Inquiry submissions are sent by your browser to a form handler on this same domain (terra-console.digital). They are not sent to any third-party form service, email marketing tool, or customer-relationship platform. We use the details only to respond to your inquiry.
How long we keep it
- If an inquiry does not lead to a consultation, we delete the inquiry details within 12 months of your last message.
- If a consultation takes place, we keep the worksheets and records you produced with us for the duration of our engagement and for up to 5 years afterwards, as is standard for financial planning records in Thailand.
Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to access, correct, copy, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, and to withdraw any consent you gave. To exercise any of these, write to us at the email or postal address above. We will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
Children
This site and our services are intended for adults planning a home purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the version on this page and, where the change is material, note the date below. The date of the last review is recorded in our internal build record.
